Our councils and committees are the backbone of the Greensboro Builders Association and are extremely important to the accomplishments and success of our Association. Members are encouraged to participate by serving on a council or committee.

Provides education programs, information sharing and networking opportunities for builders. Periodic meetings are held with building officials from Greensboro and Guilford County. Coordinates annual scholarship program.

Plans and implements scattered site new home tour. Provides annual opportunity for builders to market new construction showcasing the latest construction technologies, products and services.
Tour of Remodeled Homes

Plans and implements scattered site tour of remodeled homes. Provides annual opportunity for remodelors to showcase professional remodeling and renovation projects. Sponsored by the Remodelors Council.

Coordinates membership development and retention efforts for the Association, including annual review of benefits and services.
