Spring Parade of Homes
June 13, 2020 - June 14, 2020
FINAL WEEKEND: Our Spring Parade of Homes showcasing more than 35 newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area will be held on Saturday & Sunday, June 13-14. Homes will be open from 1-5 pm…admittance will be limited to no more than 10 people at any time. We do ask that you follow CDC guidelines regarding social distancing, face coverings, etc. as builders will be taking the appropriate precautions for your safety as well as theirs. We want everyone to enjoy the Parade while being mindful of the current health situation we find ourselves in.
NEW this year, we will have virtual tours of the Parade homes to preview in advance from the comfort of your home.
You can also access a digital copy of the Parade magazine for information on each Parade home, including a rendering and floor plan. Parade magazines are available at area Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lowes Foods as well as outside Lowe’s Home Improvement stores.
