Nominees must be members in good standing and active within the past three years. \nBuilder Member and Associate Member of the Year are recognized for their contributions to our Association\, the building industry and the community. \nEugene Gulledge Award recognizes continuous\, outstanding contributions to the Association and the community over a long period of time. \nKavanagh Award recognizes individuals\, companies and/or organizations for their efforts in strengthening affordable housing. \nNomination form and a list of previous recipients can be found below.
