DESCRIPTION:Final Registration Deadline: August 1 \nOur Fall Parade of Homes and Tour of Remodeled Homes…allowing consumers the opportunity to tour both newly constructed and professionally remodeled homes…both in person and virtually. \nNew Construction: Parade entries can be open houses and/or virtual tour only. Homes can be specs and/or pre-sales as well as previous entries for the virtual tour only option. Open houses will be held both weekends – Saturday & Sunday\, October 3-4 & 10-11 from 1-5 pm. \n\n2026 Fall Parade Participation Agreement\n2026 Fall Parade Publication Information\n2026 Parade Rendering Color Sheet\n\nRenovations:  Entries can be open houses and/or virtual tour only. Open houses will be held the first weekend only – October 3-4. There will be a designated section within the Parade magazine profiling remodeled homes. There is no time limitation on when the renovation was completed. DESCRIPTION:Little Houses Build Big Houses!  \nHabitat Greensboro’s Playhouse Project is a one-day team-building event where teams design\, build and construct durable playhouses for children of Habitat Greensboro homeowners. It is an opportunity to build creatively\, socialize with fellow GBA members\, and see the impact of your work on the very same day. Habitat provides pre-cut materials\, tools and manages the build logistics. You just bring the team and your creativity!! \nThis initiative brings together builders\, designers and industry partners for a fun\, competitive and mission-driven event that directly supports affordable homeownership in our community. \nGet your team of 8-10 started on a playhouse with a one-time donation of $2\,700.
