DESCRIPTION:Want to get your 2022 Continuing Education requirements completed…or need to complete your 2021 CE to activate your NC General Contractor’s license this year…we are offering CE courses on Wednesday\, February 23 via Zoom with Erik Anderson as the instructor.  You can sign up to take half day or full day session. \nMORNING SESSION:  8:00 am – 12:00 pm  \n2022 NCLBGC Mandatory CE Course  (2 hr)   \nThe required two (2) hour mandatory course explains the statutes and regulations for which qualifiers and licensees must comply. Students will review current law\, regulations\, rules and statutory terminology used by the NCLBGC. Students will participate in a practical exercise in the application of knowledge they learned and understood during the class. This course satisfies the two-hour NCLBGC mandatory course requirement for 2022. \nMarketing: Creating an Outstanding Company in a Traditional Industry (2 hr)          \nHave you ever thought\, “Wow\, that was a great idea\, why didn’t I think of that?” Well\, we are going to discuss some unique ideas on how to market you and your business. We are going to look at out-of-the- box ideas that may be right in front of us. We want to focus on being the outstanding company in an otherwise ordinary industry. \nAFTERNOON SESSION:  1:00 – 5:00 pm  \nCompleting Your Projects on Time (4 hr)                                                               \nAn in-depth look at the basics of project scheduling and how to create a schedule by hand. DESCRIPTION:Registration is underway for our Spring Parade of Homes to be held April 23-24 and April 30-May 1.
