DESCRIPTION:Registration is underway for our Spring Parade of Homes to be held April 23-24 and April 30-May 1. Habitat Greensboro partners with each homeowner as they work toward owning their home. DESCRIPTION:It’s the final week to register for our Fall Parade of Homes scheduled for October 9-10 & 16-17.  There are two options for builder participation: \n\nOpen Houses with homes manned on Saturday & Sunday from 1-5 pm both weekends\nVirtual Tours in which the homes will NOT be open during the Parade…however will be profiled on the Parade website; in the Parade of Homes magazine; and on social media platforms.\n\nAs the housing market inventory remains extremely low…the Virtual Tour Only option allows builders to market their company during the Parade by profiling homes previously built and/or under construction. DESCRIPTION:The 24th annual Tour of Remodeled Homes sponsored by the Remodelers Council showcasing professional remodeling will be virtual tours only this year. \nRenovations must be complete by July 30 for photography and virtual tours. There is no limitation on the number of years back the project was completed.  Homeowners must agree to make the home available for a virtual tour of the renovation…allowing the virtual tour video\, as well as photographs of the before and after renovation\, be used in marketing for the Tour. \nSubmit your Participation Agreement & Homeowner Consent Form by July 16. \n2021 Tour Participation Agreement \nSponsorship & Advertising opportunities are available.  The TOUR magazine will be printed and distributed in retail locations\, as well as digitally on the GBA website along with links to the virtual tours of all TOUR entries.  Advertising Deadline has been extended to July 23.
