DESCRIPTION:It’s time to start planning for the Fall Parade of Homes to be held October 5-6 & 12-13. Entry deadline is August 16. \nThe Fall Parade will feature open houses and virtual tour only entries. Parade homes can be specs and/or pre-sales as well as previous entries for the virtual tour only option. Virtual tours of all Parade homes remain on the GBA website and mobile app for six months\, serving as additional marketing exposure for consumers looking for active builders. \nSubmit the following paperwork by August 16…including payment.  \n2024 Fall Parade Participation Agreement \n2024 Fall Parade Publication Information \n2024-Color-Selection-Sheet \nSponsorship and advertising opportunities are available in the Parade of Homes magazine\, available digitally as well as printed and distributed through retail distribution points. DESCRIPTION:Our 27th annual TOUR of Remodeled Homes – sponsored by the Remodelers Council – will feature a mixture of open houses and virtual tour only entries. This annual event showcases professional remodeling and allows attendees the opportunity to explore possibilities for their own home’s transformation…whether it be a complete renovation\, addition\, upgrades to kitchen and baths\, entertainment areas\, or developing outdoor living space. \nOpen Houses will be held on Saturday & Sunday\, August 17-18 from 12 noon – 5 pm. There is no charge to attend…but we ask that you RSVP by August 19. \n  \n  \n  \nAbout Circle Sounds \nLyn Koonce is a facilitator\, vocal coach\, and musician. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in music education and conducting and has worked with various music groups including choral and instrumental musicians\, handbell choirs\, worship bands\, and ad hoc groups of singers. She is a touring singer/songwriter playing throughout the United States and locally with her band\, Taboo Sue. Lyn has studied improvisation with Bobby McFerrin\, Bobby Previte\, Music for People and is trained in a practice called Musica do Circulo (Music from the Circle) based in Brazil. She shares her inventive practice of music and improvisational expression called Circle Sounds within organizations\, workshops\, music festivals\, schools\, faith and retreat centers\, and beyond.
