SUMMARY:Building for the Future: Construction Careers Scholarship
DESCRIPTION:Skilled Trades Scholarships & Training Grants\nWorkforce development scholarships and training grants will be awarded to community college or technical school students seeking a career in a construction related skilled trade.  Application Deadline for the fall semester is May 30. \nScholarships are being awarded to students entering a program considered to be a skilled trade in the construction industry including but not limited to carpentry\, HVAC\, plumbing\, electrical\, masonry\, etc. \nScholarships and training grants will be considered on the recommendation of an advisor/teacher and on the applicant’s future plans in the construction industry as determined by the answers on the scholarship application. \nClick HERE to find additional information\, including application and advisor form. \n
