DESCRIPTION:Final Deadline: August 1 \nNew this fall\, we are combining our Fall Parade of Homes and Tour of Remodeled Homes…allowing consumers the opportunity to tour both newly constructed and professionally remodeled homes…both in person and virtually. \nNew Construction:  Parade entries can be open houses and/or virtual tour only. Homes can be specs and/or pre-sales as well as previous entries for the virtual tour only option. Open houses will be held both weekends – Saturday & Sunday\, October 4-5 & 11-12 from 1-5 pm. \n\n2025 Fall Parade Participation Agreement\n2025 Fall Parade Publication Information\n2025 Fall Parade Rendering Color Sheet\n\nRenovations:  Entries can be open houses and/or virtual tour only. Open houses will be held the first weekend only – October 4-5. There will be a designated section within the Parade magazine profiling remodeled homes. There is no time limitation on when the renovation was completed. DESCRIPTION:Our Family Picnic in the Park will be held on Thursday\, July 17  from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at Bur-Mil Park. Hosted by our Young Professionals…all GBA members are invited to attend…bring your family…invite work colleagues…join us for a fun afternoon at Bur-Mil Park – Shelter 1. Located next to a playground\, restrooms\, a grass volleyball court\, horseshoes\, and the Big Loop Trail entrance….there’s something for all ages. \nPizzas\, snacks\, waters and soft drinks will be provided….special thanks to our sponsor:  Gate City Kitchens & Baths  \nBring your stadium chairs\, cornhole boards and/or other outdoor games. \nCoolers and alcoholic beverages are allowed…however must be can beverages only…no glass bottles allowed. \nThere is no charge to attend…however we ask that you RSVP by July 15 so we know how many to anticipate for food. \nIn the event of inclement weather…we will post status update on the website and send email to all registered by noon on day of the event.

Updates will be provided from our Scholarship\, Endowment and Casino Night committees. Members are needed to assist with all initiatives throughout the year.
