DESCRIPTION:Builders: Don’t Forget Tax Exclusion on Homes or Land Held for Sale \nBuilders holding for sale a single-family home\, townhome\, duplex\, or land that has been improved for residential or commercial purposes may be eligible for a local property tax exclusion on the value of these improvements.
