SUMMARY:Parade of Homes & Tour of Remodeled Homes
DESCRIPTION:Early Registration: July 10 \nFinal Deadline: August 1 \nOur Fall Parade of Homes and Tour of Remodeled Homes…allowing consumers the opportunity to tour both newly constructed and professionally remodeled homes…both in person and virtually. \nNew Construction: Parade entries can be open houses and/or virtual tour only. Homes can be specs and/or pre-sales as well as previous entries for the virtual tour only option. Open houses will be held both weekends – Saturday & Sunday\, October 3-4 & 10-11 from 1-5 pm. \n\n2026 Fall Parade Participation Agreement\n2026 Fall Parade Publication Information\n2026 Parade Rendering Color Sheet\n\nRenovations:  Entries can be open houses and/or virtual tour only. Open houses will be held the first weekend only – October 3-4. There will be a designated section within the Parade magazine profiling remodeled homes. There is no time limitation on when the renovation was completed. Entries must be completed for photography by August 1. \n\n2026 TOUR Participation Agreement\n\nSponsorship and advertising opportunities are available in the Parade of Homes magazine\, available digitally as well as printed and distributed through retail distribution points. \n\n2026 Fall Parade Advertising Agreement\n\nAdvertising and sponsorship deadline is August 1. \nQuestions:  Mavis Holcombe   (336) 706-6942    mholcombe@greensborobuilders.org

DESCRIPTION:The NCHBA STARS Awards program honors the achievements of home building industry professionals from across North Carolina. Winners receive recognition in areas such as marketing and advertising\, web design\, sales/information center\, landscape design\, interior merchandising\, architecture/floor plan\, remodeling/renovation and special projects. \nWhether it’s a standout custom home\, exceptional remodel\, or an impactful marketing campaign\, there’s a category for you. With more than 85 categories\, the STARS Awards are your opportunity to stand out among your home building peers.
