Spring Parade of Homes
Our Spring Parade of Homes showcasing 27 newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area will be held Saturday & Sunday, April 29-30 & May 6-7 featuring open houses both weekends from 1-5 pm…admission is free. Some Parade homes are virtual tour only due to being sold and/or under construction.
With the current limited inventory of existing and new homes available…now is the time to buy and/or build your new home.
Pick up a copy of the Spring Parade of Homes magazine with information on each Parade home, including a rendering and floor plan, at area grocery stores and outside Lowe’s Home Improvement stores.
For the past 65 years, the annual Parade of Homes continues to provide an opportunity to see the very best in residential construction including new designs, products and services in today’s new homes. Many Parade homes are custom-built homes so the Parade provides you the only opportunity to tour them.
