Royalcrest Builders, LLC is a Home Builder and Developer that specializes in single family spec construction in the Triad.

We are currently seeking a Construction Manager with strong moral and ethical character to manage and facilitate our residential construction and development projects. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our construction projects including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Work with local authorities to obtain proper licenses and permits for the project.
  • Work closely with architects and engineers, as needed, to establish the requirements for the construction.
  • Establish risk factors, then manage and mitigate them to ensure the construction goes on smoothly.
  • Be able to anticipate problems and be proactive in troubleshooting issues to keep projects on schedule.
  • Communicate with Sub-Contractors throughout the projects including monitoring subcontractor performance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Work closely with the Procurement Manager for sourcing and acquisition of materials as well as verification of material deliveries.
  • Ensure that the construction project complies with all safety and building regulations.
  • Prepare reports on the project to help with budgeting and accurate recordkeeping.

Other requirements of the Construction Manager role include:

  • Experience in construction or construction management or related field
  • On-Site Construction experience preferable
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS-Excel, Word and Outlook and willingness to learn new Project Management software
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
  • Strong analytic skills in evaluating situations
