North Carolina General Contractors are required to complete 8 hours of continuing education annually for license renewal. There is a 2-hour mandatory course along with 6 hours of electives required.
As an approved education provider with the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors, the Greensboro Builders Association offers CE courses, with discounted pricing for GBA members. Course are being offered virtually, as well as in-person following CDC and regulatory guidelines in place at the time. You have the option to register for a full day (8 hours) or select different dates for morning and/or afternoon sessions. We offer a variety of topics for the electives, all of which are NC Builder Institute (NCBI) courses.
Five classes were offered in 2021…planning is underway for our 2022 class schedule.
