2021 Fall Parade of Homes

Our Fall Parade of Homes showcasing 26 newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area was held October 9-10 & 16-17 with a mixture of traditional open houses…as well as some homes were virtual tour only due to being sold and/or under construction.

Virtual tours are being added weekly for some of the homes that were under construction. We encourage you to reach out to our Parade builders to discuss available homes completed and/or under construction.
