The Fall Parade of Homes, showcasing 31 newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the Triad, will be held on Saturday & Sunday, October 5-6 & 12-13 featuring open houses both weekends from 1-5 pm...admission is free.

Looking for your dream home…this is your chance to tour a variety of stunning homes. Looking for renovation ideas, or simply enjoy seeing the latest in architecture and interior design, the Parade of Homes offers something for everyone. Many Parade homes are custom-built homes so the Parade provides you the only opportunity to tour them.

The Fall Parade of Homes magazine, available in late September, can be picked up at area grocery stores as well as each Parade home and sponsor location. You will also be able to access a digital copy. The magazine provides information on each Parade home including a rendering and floor plan, along with contact information for each Parade builder.
