This Weekend & Next…

Our Spring Parade of Homes showcasing 35 newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area will be held Saturday & Sunday, April 27-28 & May 4-5 featuring open houses both weekends from 1-5 pm…admission is free. Some Parade homes are virtual tour only due to being sold and/or under construction.

With the current limited inventory of existing and new homes available…now is the time to buy and/or build your new home.

The Spring Parade of Homes magazine with information on each Parade home, including a rendering and floor plan, is available at area grocery stores and outside Lowe’s Home Improvement stores. You can also access a digital copy.

For the past 66 years, the annual Parade of Homes continues to provide an opportunity to see the very best in residential construction including new designs, products and services in today’s new homes. Many Parade homes are custom-built homes so the Parade provides you the only opportunity to tour them.

Download our mobile app – GREENSBORO PARADE OF HOMES – to map your tour for open houses. Some of our new neighborhood streets may not be reflected in GPS yet…so the app gets you to the closest connecting street. Driving directions can also be found on each entry page within the Parade magazine.
