Our Fall Parade of Homes was held October 4-5 & 11-12 showcasing thirty-nine newly constructed homes across the Triad…along with new neighborhoods and communities. This annual event provides an opportunity to see the latest in new home design and special features in-person and virtually.

Virtual Tours: If you weren’t able to attend…you can find links to our virtual tours below. We encourage you to reach out to our Parade builders to discuss available homes completed and/or under construction.

Magazine: The Parade of Homes magazine provides information on each Parade home including a rendering and floor plan…along with contact information for each Parade builder. If you didn’t get a printed copy during the Parade, you can access a digital copy.

Mobile App: Information will remain on our mobile app – GREENSBORO PARADE OF HOMES – for six months therefore you can utilize it as a quick resource for Parade homes, including Builder and Realtor contact information.
