Join us for our Fall Parade of Homes showcasing newly constructed homes across the Triad…along with new neighborhoods and communities. Take advantage of the opportunity to see the latest in new home design and features.

Open Houses: Parade homes will be open Saturday & Sunday, October 3-4 & 10-11 from 1-5 pm…admission is free. Please check the status of open houses below as some may change due to various circumstances.

Magazine: The Parade of Homes magazine provides information on each Parade home, including a rendering and floor plan…as well as information on our TOUR of Remodeled Homes. Magazines will be available a few weeks prior to the event at area grocery stores as well as each Parade and TOUR open house….you can also access a digital copy.

Virtual Tours: Can’t make it in person…take advantage of virtual tours from the comfort of your home. Virtual tours will be added as they become available.
