Our Spring Parade of Homes showcased 38 newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area on Saturday & Sunday, April 25-26 & May 2-3 featuring open houses both weekends.

If you weren’t able to attend our open houses…you can find links to Virtual Tours below. We encourage you to reach out to our Parade builders to discuss available homes completed and/or under construction.

The Parade of Homes magazine provides information on each Parade home including a rendering and floor plan, along with contact information for each Parade builder. If you didn’t get a printed copy during the Parade, you can access a digital copy.
