The Triad Green Building Council was initially formed to provide marketing, networking and educational programs for members in Guilford, Forsyth and Alamance counties engaged in construction of high performance homes. Council members are knowledgable in energy efficient, green building and remodeling techniques, products and services. Serving as a partner with the Home Innovation Research Labs, the Council promotes and encourages the certification of homes built to the National Green Building Standard.
