Spring Parade of Homes Registration
Registration is underway for our 2026 Spring Parade of Homes to be held April 25-26 & May 2-3…showcasing newly constructed homes and new neighborhoods throughout the Triad.
Parade entries can be spec and/or pre-sale homes with open houses and/or virtual tour only.
- Open Houses – homes manned on Saturday & Sunday from 1-5 pm both weekends…virtual tours will also be included and posted on the website along with other promotions
- Virtual Tour Only – homes will NOT be open during the Parade hours…however will be profiled on the Parade website; in the Parade of Homes magazine; and on social media platforms
Early registration deadline is February 6 with discounted entry fee.
The final date to submit a Parade entry is February 28.
