Fall Parade Kickoff: Builder Meeting

All builders are invited to join us on Wednesday, June 21 at 11 am at Allen Tate Smith Marketing’s office to discuss plans for our upcoming Fall Parade of Homes to be held October 21-22 & 28-29.
We will have a brief meeting from 11:00 – 11:30 am for the Parade Committee to share some new concepts to incorporate in this fall’s event, focused on enhancing our marketing and promotions. We need your input and feedback as this annual event is a marketing opportunity for all of us to showcase new homes and neighborhoods.
Parade homes can be spec houses as well as pre-sales showcased during the Parade…with virtual tours for all homes, which remain on the GBA website and mobile app for six months.
Lunch is being provided by Smith Marketing beginning at 11:30 am following our discussion.
