Navigating Permits & Regulations
Jon Hardister and Kim Phillips with TREBIC (Triad Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition) will be joining us for our quarterly meeting on Thursday, August 20 to share city and county regulatory updates along with updates on new state laws related to ADUs and code enforcement moving from NC DOI to NC DOL.
If you have specific questions or issues related to remodeling and/or new construction with the City of Greensboro and/or Guilford County that you would like to discuss at this meeting…email those to Cheryl Collins by August 15.
