Spring Parade of Homes

Our Spring Parade of Homes will be held on Saturday & Sunday, April 27-28 & May 4-5 showcasing 35 newly constructed homes…with traditional open houses over the two weekends…along with some Virtual Tour Only homes that have been sold and/or under construction.
Open Houses will be held on Saturday & Sunday from 1-5 pm…admission is free. This is a great chance to see the homes firsthand as well as meet and talk with Parade Builders and Realtors regarding homes they currently have or will have available.
Whether you are in the market to build or buy a new home, or just want to see the latest home design trends and amenities, the annual Parade of Homes provides a great opportunity to see a variety of homes and communities. Many Parade homes are custom designed and built homes that are not regularly open for tours except during the annual Parade of Homes.
