Our Spring Parade of Homes will showcase more than 40 newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area on Saturday & Sunday, April 26-27 & May 3-4 featuring open houses both weekends from 1-5 pm…admission is free. Many Parade homes are custom-built homes so the Parade provides the only opportunity to tour them. Some Parade homes are virtual tour only due to being sold and/or under construction.
