Congratulations to Phil Warrick, Piedmont Wholesale Engineered Products, for being inducted into the NCHBA Housing Hall of Fame during the fourth quarter meeting on December 11 in Wilmington.
Phil has served as GBA and NCHBA Presidents. This year he is serving as the NAHB convention chair for the 2026 International Builders Show.
